ABOUT RIVERWOOD

This Association shall be a non-profit organization for the purpose of:
1) promoting the health, safety, civic and general community welfare and pride
among the residents and property owners of Riverwood,
2) encouraging and enforcing the restrictive covenants and by-laws of Riverwood
conducive to good planning and the preservation and enhancement of property
values therein,
3) securing desirable improvements and benefits for Riverwood and fostering and
assisting in beneficial civic and social enterprises and activities for the community.
